This charming establishment is more than just a place to eat; it is an immersive experience for those who appreciate the rich flavors of Southern Thai cuisine.
Imagine dining beside a tranquil stream, surrounded by nature's beauty. Reviews from satisfied patrons paint a picture of the restaurant's serene atmosphere, where every meal feels special. One customer, Bert de Zwaan, raved about the "delicious lunch and dinner," particularly singling out their Pad Thai as "exceptionally delicious." The menu at Laoleu is a treasure trove of Southern Thai dishes. According to Chon B., it's the "best restaurant in Phang-nga," boasting a range of tasty offerings. While the crispy pork and garlic stir-fry shrimps are highly recommended by Priyanka Jena as "out of this world," it’s evident that every dish is crafted with care and authenticity, catering to both locals and tourists alike.

Wow wow wow is all l can say.Laoleu Cafe & Restaurant is a hidden gem of Khao Lak but everyone who goes here will return or tell their friends. The design of the restaurant is so cool using recycled wood and bamboo materials. There is a board walk from the entrance leading to a deck open area then an undercover area. The restaurant overlooks a small river that adds to the ambiance of the whole place the setting is like you are in the jungle very peaceful. The menu is a mix of Thai and western food but even westerners can try the Thai as it is not spicy. You can ask how spicy you want your food. The menu is very extensive and suits all tastes .The drink's menu is also big from non alcoholic to alcoholic and dessert is good also with a larger variety of ice creams. The service is so personal they all can speak English and will take the time to talk about the menu. Noot and May are the owners they are a young couple who have traveled and used their experiences to design the restaurant style and create the menu for the restaurant of their dreams.oh and their coffee is great also. I highly recommend Laoleu Cafe & Restaurant for lunch or dinner you will be surprised by the quality. Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
